OMG!!!!! I'm on diet.... yes I know... people tell me I don't need to go on a diet but you won't believe me when I say this that I'm 20 pounds overweight........ and I'm skinny.... well not skinny like able to wear skinny jeans..... but a good way to loose weight is swimming.......... swim like 20 laps everyday going back and forth....... i went back and forth 40 times which divides to 20 laps together..... 20 laps and 40 links.... so start swimming if you want to loose weight and start eating smaller and smaller... that helps a lot...... i lost 3 pounds in 1 week just from eating less.... and walking a lot...... so do all those things and you will loose weight but also you have to stop eating sugary and fatty stuff.....
